Lucas Digne has come out in support of his younger Barcelona and France teammate Ousmane Dembélé.

Dembélé has made “enormous progress,” Digne says, and in an interview with Bein Sports France, he recalled one play in particular that impressed him:

“Against Chelsea, we saw a play that surprised me, the tackle he complete against Marcos Alonso when the game was about to be over.”

Here’s the video of the tackle:

Digne also talked about another Frenchman in Barcelona, Samuel Umtiti, saying that the central defender has “always had an enormous amount of progression.” Digne says his teammate has continuously improved in his time both with Lyon and at the Camp Nou.

Digne also said he believes that France can win the upcoming FIFA World Cup in Russia, and that if they do indeed win, he will get a new commemorative tattoo.
