The good people at Copa90 have been on the road again and this time their destination was Uruguay as they traced Barcelona striker Luis Suarez’s origins.
The striker is a controversial figure but back home he’s seen as a symbol “for perseverance, grit and a national willingness to win at any costs.”
The team go visit his primary school, his first club, talk to his uncle Sergio and show why he’s a national hero.
