Barcelona will not budge from their asking price for Rafinha, says Italian transfer expert Gianluca Di Marzio. The Brazilian played last season on loan at Inter Milan, and the Italians have a clause valued at 35 million euro plus an additional payment of up to three million in bonuses, to make the switch permanent,.

Inter, however, have had their doubts over the valuation. Their strong league finish last season has given them more money to work with, but they apparently are not convinced they can pull the deal off at that price.

But Barça say the only thing they will negotiate is the scheduling of the payments, according to the report. Much like it’s rumored to be the case with the potential Jasper Cillessen transfer to Liverpool, Barcelona are pointing to a set figure and saying they will not accept any less.
