FULL-TIME, Croatia 2-1 England: RAKITIC WILL FACE UMTITI IN THE FINAL! FOTBALL IS NOT COMING HOME! WHAT A NIGHT!

GOAL!!! CROATIA 2-1 England (Mandžukić 109’): CROATIA TAKE THE LEAD IN EXTRA TIME! Perišić wins a header at the edge of the box and the ball falls perfectly to Mario Mandžukić who fires home with his left foot!

EXTRA TIME KICKOFF! Croatia 1-1 England: So we have 30 more minutes of football to decide the second finalist! This is obviously going to penalties for Rakitic to win it, right?

FULL-TIME, Croatia 1-1 England: The second half was a lot of fun, but we couldn’t find a winner and we’re now going to extra time!

GOAL! CROATIA 1-1 England (Perišić 68’): Croatia are back in the game! Šime Vrsaljko of Atlético Madrid plays a beautiful cross into the box and Ivan Perišić attacks it with force! It’s all even in Moscow!

SECOND HALF KICKOFF! Croatia 0-1 England: Will Croatia find a way to create chances and score an equalizer? Can England score a second and book their ticket to the Final? This second half should be fun!

HALFTIME, Croatia 0-1 England: An early goal is always fantastic for teams like England who like to defend and counter attack, and Croatia really did not offer anything in this first half. They could be just exhausted after two penalty shootouts, but they simply have to do better if they want to reach the final.

GOLAZO! Croatia 0-1 ENGLAND (Trippier 5’): WHAT A START FOR ENGLAND! Dele Alli wins a free kick at the edge of the box, and Kieran Trippier takes it perfectly to score a fantastic goal and give the Three Lions a vital early lead.

KICKOFF! Croatia 0-0 England: COME ON, IVAN!

The second World Cup semi-final is upon us! It’s Croatia and England in Moscow fighting for a place in... well, Moscow! For the final! Ivan Rakitic will be representing Barcelona and hoping to complete his incredible tournament with a ticket to the title match. And he can also finally shut up the English who can’t stop singing that football is coming home. My boss is an English person and I might be in trouble for saying that, but I just can’t take it anymore. COME ON, IVAN!
