Lucas Digne Thanks Barcelona for “Dream Come True” As Everton Transfer Looms

Lucas Digne has posted a farewell message on his official Instagram as reports say he’s definitely moving to Everton. As we saw with Malcom’s transfer, you never quite know until the official presentation, but this seems pretty definitive.

The left-back writes:

In the last two years, a child’s dream has come true. I want to say thank you very much to all.

First of all, to the club that has given me everything since I arrived.

Thanks to all the physios, the staff with whom I worked, the physical trainers, the security people, the kitchen... they all make the club a family.

The supporters who are always on the team’s side and that have given me a lot of warmth during two years.

The city of Barcelona, that will always stay with me, for what I have lived through, and for the people, who are incredible at all times.

And finally, my colleagues, who aside from being the best players in the world, are amazing people who always help you.

All this to say that Barça is more than a club, it’s an incredible family
