FULL-TIME, Barcelona 2-4 Roma: Good lord, the Barça B defenders have absolutely no idea what to do when facing first team speed. They have a lot of work to do, but the story is once again the first half that showed a LOT of promise from the first team players, especially Arthur and Rafinha. They’re looking amazing.

GOAL, Barcelona 2-4 Roma (Perotti 86’): After Chumi gives away a penalty in the box, Diego Perotti scores from the spot and Roma double their lead. This has gotten ugly.

GOAL, Barcelona 2-3 Roma (Cristante 83’): The young Barça B defense is poor once again, Roma find space way too easily, and Bryan Cristante beats Jasper Cillessen to put Roma ahead.

GOAL, Barcelona 2-2 Roma (Florenzi 78’): The Italians equalize after a very bad mistake by Barça B midfielder Monchu, who lost the ball and started a counter-attack that ended with Alessandro Florenzi scoring a very ugly goal. But it’s not about beauty, it’s about scoring. And Roma are back in the game!

GOAL! Barcelona 2-1 (Malcom 49’): BARÇA RETAKE THE LEAD!!!!! After a really nice passing sequence from Barça, halftime substitute Ballou gets to the byline and gives Malcom a tap-in! YES, MALCOM SCORED AGAINST ROMA!

SECOND HALF KICKOFF! Barcelona 1-1 Roma: This game was a lot of fun until now, but with all the substitutions it’s just about watching which kids will be really good for us in like three years. Yay?

HALFTIME, Barcelona 1-1 Roma: This has been a really fun first half. Barça started on fire and scored early, and Arthur looked like Xavi for about 20 minutes. Then Roma started man-marking him, he couldn’t be as effective, and Roma grew into a match that became very physical at the end of the half. Valverde will probably bring the kids for the second half, but the first team boys were very good once again. Not for 45 minutes, but more than enough for just the second preseason game with basically the first team reserves.

GOAL, Barcelona 1-1 Roma (El Shaarawy 35’): After a great start, Barça dropped their level a little bit and Roma have grown into the game enough to find an equalizer. Justin Kluivert makes an insane run down the right wing and crosses to Stephan El Shaarawy who taps home his first preseason goal.

GOAL! Barcelona 1-0 Roma (Rafinha 6’): BARÇA TAKE THE LEAD! It’s another fantastic start for the Blaugrana, and after high pressing and ball recovery in their attacking half, Barça score a really nice goal when Rafinha does a one-two with Munir El-Haddadi and fires home the opener with a great volley. What a start!

It’s time for Barcelona football! The Blaugrana play their second preseason match against AS Roma in the International Champions Cup. The game will be played at the amazing AT&T Stadium in Dallas, Texas, and this should be a very fun 90 minutes (plus maybe penalties!). Because this is an American Football stadium, we’ll call this game the Malcom Bowl, because Malcom was going to play this match for Roma but is now playing for Barça. That’s crazy, but not as crazy as our LIVE BLOG! Join us!

Even if the referee sucks or we lose the game, no swearing. It’s just unnecessary. Also, don’t discuss illegal streaming links. Those who do will be warned, and those who post links will be banned. Finally, be nice to each other. This is a Barcelona community and we don’t need to offend one another.
