Denis Suarez fit and ready to return for Barcelona

Barcelona have confirmed that Denis Suarez is fit and ready to return to action after recovering from injury.

The midfielder picked up a hamstring problem against Tottenham on the club’s pre-season tour of the US and came home early.

He was initially expected to be out for three weeks but his recovery seems to have taken much longer than expected.

He’s yet to make a appearance this season for Barcelona but will now hope he can force his way into the squad.

Barcelona have a busy fixture list coming up with the return of the Champions League and Valverde has said he will need to make changes.

He opted to rotate a little against Real Sociedad which may offer Denis hope he can see some game time in the coming weeks.
