Barcelona have received some welcome news ahead of Tuesday’s Champions League opener against PSV Eindhoven as Malcom has returned to training.

The Brazilian has been sidelined with an ankle injury picked up in training during the international break.

Barcelona confirmed on Sunday he was back training with the group as they fine tune their preparations for the visit of the Dutch champions.

The team have one more training session on Monday before Tuesday’s match, and Ernesto Valverde has pretty much a full strength squad to choose from.

He made changes to his team for Saturday’s trip to Real Sociedad, but he’ll be expected to go with his Gala XI for the visit of PSV.
