Philippe Coutinho, Arthur and Malcom have all been named in Brazil’s squad for October friendlies against Saudi Arabia and Argentina.
It’s a first call-up for Malcom and comes as a bit of a surprise, as he’s only managed six minutes for Barcelona so far this season.
He also picked up an ankle problem in training during the last international break which has set him back slightly.

Tite explained his decision to call up the 21-year-old for the two games.
“Malcom went to Barcelona after a great year with Bordeaux. Opportunities arise for players who are playing well. The matches he played in the pre-season were good, with goals.”
