FC Barcelona announce squad for Copa del Rey match against Levante

The next Barcelona match is upon us! The Blaugrana start their Copa del Rey Round of 16 tie against Levante with a trip to the Ciutat de València Stadium, and Ernesto Valverde has called up the following 18 players to be in uniform:

Goalkeepers: 1. Marc-André ter Stegen, 13. Jasper Cillessen

Defenders: 2. Nélson Semedo, 15. Clément Lenglet, 17. Jeison Murillo, 27. Juan Miranda, 36. Chumi, 40. Moussa Wagué

Midfielders: 5. Sergio Busquets, 6. Denis Suarez, 7. Philippe Coutinho, 8. Arthur, 20. Sergi Roberto, 21. Carles Aleñá, 22. Arturo Vidal, 28. Riqui Puig

Forwards: 11. Ousmane Dembélé, 14. Malcom

As expected Valverde has rested his most important players, with Gerard Piqué, Jordi Alba, Ivan Rakitic, Lionel Messi and Luis Suárez all getting the night off. Munir is out as he sorts out his potential exit from the club, while Samuel Umtiti, Sergi Samper, Thomas Vermaelen and Rafinha can’t play due to injury.
