This summer could mean sales

Barcelona inking Frenkie de Jong to a five-year deal this week is bringing rumors with it that a midfielder is likely going to leave as a result of the signing. Part of the reason that De Jong was rumored to have chosen PSG or Manchester City over Barcelona was how many players he could potentially be behind while at Barcelona.

I suppose the assumption is that because the De Jong signing actually happened, that Barcelona must have some sort of agreement with De Jong about playing time. That being said, the natural next move is that Barcelona must need to move someone.

The names that have surfaced are Sergio Busquets, Ivan Rakitic, Arturo Vidal, Arthur and Coutinho. The most likely out of that group have to be Vidal and Rakitic due to playing time and contract negotiations respectively.
