FC Barcelona is hoping to promote fair play and equality for kids around the world through its foundation and its partnership with UNICEF, which is about to enter its 11th year. Luis Suárez, Marc-André Ter Stegen, Arthur, and Sergi Roberto star in a video created by Barça to both promote its “New Rules” campaign aimed at helping kids and give a New Year’s greeting to the fans.
In the video, Ter Stegen says his resolution is to not allow any goals, while Suárez says he hopes to score more than Lionel Messi (“impossible,” jokes the keeper.) The players then say the team’s resolution outside of football is to “change the rules so no child is left out.”

In the video, kids say the “new rules” promote fair play, peace, and inclusivity.
Barça hasn’t provided many specifics about their plans surrounding their campaign yet, so we will have to stay tuned. For now, it’s simply providing a positive message.
