Jean-Clair Todibo is nearing a move to AC Milan according to reports in Catalonia and in Italy. The 19-year-old defender may have sparked interest from Serie A teams with a good performance against Inter Milan, who are tied for the league lead in points with Juventus. The youngster played a good game and Barcelona won 2-1, knocking the Nerazzurri out of the UEFA Champions League.
Éric Abidal and Ramón Planes, on Barcelona’s part, met with Paolo Maldini, working with Milan, to speak about the transfer, according to Mundo Deportivo.
The latest information comes from Gianluca Di Marzio, who says the plan right now is for a loan with a purchase clause attached. The Catalans reportedly want to sell for 25 million euros, while keeping a buyback clause in place for the future. It seems the figures have not been agreed upon yet.
