FC Barcelona News: 11 March 2019; Jordi Alba to Sign New Contract, Barcelona B Defeated

Jordi Alba will sign his new Barca contract on Monday | Sport
Two days ahead of the key UCL showdown with Lyon, Jordi Alba will sign a new Barcelona deal that ties him to the club until 2024. On Feb 28 SPORT revealed the club would give him a new contract, hours before it became official. The renewal will take place in the presidential box at Camp Nou at 1.30pm and count on the presence of the Barca chief Josep Maria Bartomeu.

Barça out to extend impressive last 16 run against Lyon in Champions League | Sport
Barcelona are infallible in the Champions League last 16 when they play the second leg at Camp Nou. The Catalans have made it through to the quarterfinals in the last 11 seasons now.
