Samuel Umtiti was on target for France on Monday as they beat Iceland 4-0 in their Euro 2020 qualifier.

The World Cup winners were decked out in a special kit for the match to mark the French Football Federation’s 100th anniversary:

Umtiti got France off to the perfect start by nodding home Kylian Mbappe’s cross on 12 minutes to give the hosts the lead and celebrated in some style.

Umtiti is proving to be head and shoulders above the other French defenders when it comes to scoring for the national team.

France went on to dominate the game but had to wait until the second half to add to their tally.

Olivier Giroud tapped home the second after 68 minutes, before Mbappe tucked home the third goal 10 minutes later and Antoine Griezmann wrapped things up late on with the fourth.
