Ernesto Valverde’s squad continue preparing for the last match day of the league season against SD Eibar, completing their second training session of the week this Friday. Players from the first team worked out alongside Iñaki Peña, Wague, Collado, Riqui Puig, C. Pérez and Abel Ruiz from Barça B in the morning session on the Tito Vilanova pitch.

UEFA’s Disciplinary Committee have fined Barcelona 20,000 euros for failing to organise their Champions League group stage match with Tottenham Hotspur on December 11 in an acceptable manner. The sanction follows article 11 (1) in the disciplinary regulations of “insufficient organisation”.

Barcelona to turn Camp Nou into rugby pitch | ESPN
Barcelona’s Camp Nou pitch will be put to a different use when it hosts a Super League game between Rugby League clubs Catalans Dragons and Wigan Warriors on Saturday. The match could result in damage to the playing surface, but Barcelona are not due to play there again until friendly matches against Chelsea and Vissel Kobe are played in July.
