Jasper Cillessen’s future looks more and more likely to be in Portugal. According to the newspaper A Bola, the player’s agent has been in Lisbon to close the deal. The Dutch goalkeeper’s desire is to be a Np.1 away from Barcelona, who want 25 million euros for him. Benfica are one of the interested clubs but are not planning to pay that much.

Barcelona are closing in on the signing of Groningen’s teenage midfielder Ludovit Reis in a deal worth in the region of €8m, say Diario Sport. Reports in April had claimed the Catalan giants had initially offered a €2.5m deal for the 18-year-old, but the Dutch club had always insisted they would hold out for a greater sum.
