Celta Vigo vs Barca-My Game Line-Up

Barca will be playing Celta away from home this Sunday. With the title sealed and the second-leg of a Champions League Semis close by, this match demands wholesale changes to the team. This is the line up I would want us to go with

DEFENCE- Jasper Cillesen should get a start ahead of the Copa del Rey finals as he hasn't featured since the 6-1 win against Sevilla.

I would also go with a 3 man defence consisting of Umtiti, JCT and either Vermaelen it Murillo, mostly the latter.

MID-FIELD- I would start Juan Miranda and Moussa Wague as LM and RM respectively. Miranda isn't the fastest player around and playing him in an advanced position will allow him to whip in his excellent crosses. In the centre, i would play Riqui Puig and Arthur Melo. Arthur didn't feature for a single minute against Liverpool and is likely to start on the bench again at Anfield. This would be a good game for him to make his case for some minutes against Liverpool.

ATTACK- I would start with Malcom on the left and Dembele on the right wing. My no.9 would be Kevin-Prince Boateng. I know it is a very unpopular opinion but hear me out.

We are paying this man's wages for six months and it really irkes me that we let go of Paco and Munir. But KPB is actually really good in training. He shows great confidence, shooting from middle and close ranges and decent link up play as well, and i believe he can give us (a little) more on the field.

Minute 51-55: Coutinho(in) Dembele (out)

Abel Ruiz(in) Wague (out)

A double substitution will also result in a formation change as follows-

.Malcom can shift from left to his preferred right wing.

.Abel Ruiz will move up as a striker with KPB. Coutinho can slot into the mid-field and play the 'roaming' role that EV played Dembele in against Huesca. This will change our set up from 343 to 3412.

Minute 65-75. Alena(in) Arthur (out)

I would have liked to start Alena in the first place, but would introduce him later in the game to give Arthur a breather as well. We can see the game out in this set up as it is well covered in terms of both attacking threat and defensive solidity-

Wague (Ruiz)- Puig-Arthur (Alena)- Miranda

What do you think of this line up. Let me know what you would like to see against Celta in the comments.
