The first team will begin pre-season on July 14 | FC Barcelona
The first team will begin pre-season training on Sunday, July 14. On that day, those players who have not taken part in the Copa América in Brazil will be required to attend the Ciutat Esportiva Joan Gamper in Sant Joan Despí. As usual in the first session back after the summer break, the players will complete several physical and medical tests before starting to do field work on Monday July 15.

When does the 2019-20 La Liga season start and end? | ESPN
The 2019-20 La Liga season is expected to kick off on the weekend of Saturday, Aug. 17. It is likely the opening match will be brought forward to the Friday night for television broadcast. The full fixture list for the new season is due to be published in the first week of July, though an exact date is yet to be confirmed.
