Paris Saint-Germain’s club president has spoken out in pointed comments towards Neymar.

Nasser al-Khelaïfi didn’t hold back, telling France Football: “I want players willing to give everything to defend the honor of the jersey and to join the club project. Those who do not want it, or do not understand it, we see each other and we talk to each other. There are of course contracts to be respected, but the priority now is total commitment to our project.”

Neymar has reportedly stalled all talks of a renewal with a PSG, with one of his agents working to get him a move to either Barcelona or Real Madrid.

The PSG president continued on to say, “Nobody forced [Neymar] to sign here. Nobody pushed him. He came knowingly to join a project.”

L’Equipe reports that the Parisiens are willing to part with Neymar should a big enough offer come for him.
