Barcelona duo Rafinha and Denis Suarez are close to moves to Valencia. Los Che are in advanced talks to sign both players and could pay €15 million for each. Rafinha is said to be closest to a move, with Valencia trying to find a deal that takes into account his recent injury problems.
Barcelona will play two games against Napoli in pre-season in Miami and Ann Arbor in the newly-created La Liga-Serie A Cup. Club president Josep Maria Bartomeu spoke about the games and said: “Visiting the United States and being able to get closer to our fans is always a great thing for Barca. On top of that, we will also have the chance to play at two iconic stadiums: at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami, where in 2017 we played the LaLiga Clasico, and at Michigan Stadium, the largest in the United States.”

Take Kubo has often been described as the ‘Japanese Messi’ and has been asked how it feels to be compared with the Barcelona captain. He said: ”Well, I don’t really like it when people compare me to such a great player as Messi, but I’ll just keep working hard to become a better player.”
Antoine Griezmann is annoyed at the possibility that Barcelona may use him to sign Neymar. Reports in France say he is “fuming” at recent speculation that the Brazilian could end up back at Barca and Griezmann could head to Paris Saint-Germain instead.
Douglas Costa has been asked if he thinks Neymar could leave PSG for La Liga this summer. He said: “I have no idea [where Neymar will go], I guess nobody knows - only Neymar. That’s a very personal decision but he will choose the best for his career.”
