Barcelona boss Ernesto Valverde offered his verdict on new signing Antoine Griezmann after he made his debut for his new club on Tuesday.
The World Cup winner started in Barca’s 2-1 defeat to Chelsea in a pre-season friendly in Japan, and his new manager seemed pretty pleased with his contribution.
“[Griezmann] has to get used to the game of the team, but you can see that when he gets the ball he is very dangerous,” he said.
”He is bad news for the opponents and we expect a lot from him, but this was just his first game.”

Griezmann should get more game time with his new team-mates on Saturday when Barcelona play their second friendly against Vissel Kobe.
