GOAL, Barcelona 5-2 Betis (Loren 79’): A bad pass from Griezmann that Frenkie De Jong can’t control and Loren Morón scores a screamer from outside the box.
GOAL!!! Barcelona 5-1 Betis (Vidal 77’): IT’S FIVE!!!! It’s a beautiful goal that starts with a goal-kick and ends with a triangle between Carles Pérez, Griezmann (gorgeous assist) and a great finish by Arturo Vidal! WHAT. A. WIN.
GOAL!!! Barcelona 4-1 Betis (Alba 60’): IT’S FOUR!!!! Once again Barça press the ball high up the pitch and Sergio Busquets finds Jordi Alba who calmly beats the keeper and turns the win into a rout. What a night this has become!
GOAL!!!! Barcelona 3-1 Betis (Pérez 56’): IT’S THREE!!!! Barça press high up the pitch and steal the ball inside the box, and after a pass from Nélson Semedo it’s time for Carles Pérez to score his first goal for the club. This is starting to look really, really good.
GOLAZO!!!! Barcelona 2-1 Betis (Griezmann 50’): BARÇA TAKE THE LEAD!!! Griezmann receives the ball on the right wing at the edge of the box and curls a beauty to the top corner! WHAT A STRIKE!!!
SECOND HALF KICKOFF! Barcelona 1-1 Betis: Come on, boys! Let’s keep working hard and find the winner!
HALFTIME, Barcelona 1-1 Betis: Barça started really well and did not deserve to go behind early in the half, but continued to work hard and create chances and finally get the equalizer thanks to a fantastic performance by Rafinha and a huge goal from Griezmann. Still a lot of work to do to win this one, though.
GOAL!!! Barcelona 1-1 Betis (Griezmann 41’): BARÇA EQUALIZE!!! Sergi Roberto plays a brilliant cross from outside the box and Antoine Griezmann throws himself at the ball and finds a way to poke it home. It’s the Frenchman’s first goal for the club and a big one right before halftime.
GOAL, Barcelona 0-1 Betis (Fekir 15’): Betis take the lead. Bad pass from Busquets and bad communication by De Jong and Rafinha in midfield, Fekir then runs in behind Piqué, receives a pass and sends the ball to the top corner.
