Barcelona will be without Marc-Andre ter Stegen for the Spanish Super Cup but have included a number of youngsters in their squad.
The Germany international has been left at home for the trip to Saudi Arabia because of a knee injury which also ruled him out of Saturday’s draw with Espanyol.
Neto will therefore be Barca’s goalkeeper against Atletico Madrid on Thursday with Barca B’s Inaki Pena as back-up and Juvenil A’s Arnau Tenas also in the squad.
The squad is otherwise as expected with Barca still without the injured duo of Arthur and Ousmane Dembele who are not expected to return for a few weeks.
Ernesto Valverde has included a number of young players who will be hoping for some minutes on the trip. Riqui Puig, Ronald Araujo and Álex Collado are all in the travelling squad.
