Ángel Torres, the president of Getafe, has said that his manager, José Bordalás, has confirmed with Allan Nyom that the defender denies insulting Ronald Koeman.

The Barcelona manager publicly accused Nyom of being disrespectful and saying “ugly things” towards him.

The insults allegedly used by Nyom are said to have included “hijo de puta” (“son of a b——h”) and “vete a tomar por culo” (an expression roughly equivalent to, “go f—k yourself.”)

“I talk to the coach every day and he says that the lad denies everything, and that’s it. I spoke to Nyom yesterday, he’s super calm,” Torres told the press.

There is speculation whether Barcelona would formally denounce Nyom for his alleged insults, at which point the sporting authorities would likely open a case to get to the bottom of the situation.
