Barcelona legend Ronaldinho confirmed on Sunday that he’s tested positive for Covid-19.

The 40-year-old announced on his social channels that he had tested positive but is feeling fine and is now self-isolating.

“I have been here in Belo Horizonte since yesterday. I came to participate in the event. I did the tests and I tested positive for Covid,

“I’m fine, asymptomatic, but we will have to leave the event for later. We will soon be there together. A big hug!”

It’s the latest chaper in an interesting year for Ronaldinho. He was jailed in Paraguay back in March after entering the country with a fake passport.

The Barca legend then reportedly took part in a prison football tournament with the prize being a 16kg suckling pig. He was released under house arrest after 32 days and finally freed in August.

Let’s wish Ronaldinho a swift and full recovery.
