Mustafi’s agent claims Barcelona talks

Barcelona and Arsenal getting all tangled up in transfer talks always excites me. The two clubs are apparently set to be ready to enter in talks about Shkodran Mustafi.

The defender hasn’t been a featured player at Arsenal so far this season. Gabriel Magalhaes arriving at the Emirates has sent Mustafi down the depth chart, and left him searching for a chance at playing time in Europe.

What better place for a defender to get some playing time then at Barcelona?

His agent, Emre Öztürk, confirmed the talks when asked about his being in Barcelona this week.

“I’m not in Barcelona because of Yusuf Demir, but because of Shkodran Mustafi from Arsenal, whom we also represent”
