Xavi and wife Nuria Cunillera have donated €1 million to the Hospital Clinic in Barcelona to help in the fight against the coronavirus pandemic.
The Barcelona legend is the latest high-profile sportsperson to offer financial support to help health services in the current time of crisis.

Lionel Messi has also made the same donation to the Hospital Clinic in Barcelona, and a hospital in Argentina, while former Barca boss Pep Guardiola has donated €1m to the Medical College of Barcelona and the Angel Soler Daniel Foundation.
