Tottenham Hotspur are no longer interested in Philippe Coutinho, with their manager opposing the signing either as a loan or permanent transfer, according to a new report.

José Mourinho doesn’t see the Brazilian as good enough to warrant a 10 million euro loan fee, or 100 million for a permanent transfer, according to rumors.

Coutinho plays on loan to Bayern Munich, though it is understood the Bavarians will not exercise their option to make the attacker’s transfer permanent. Barcelona are rumored to want to sell him to the highest bidder, although they are open to loaning him out for a substantial fee.

The Premier League is said to be the player’s favorite destination, with Chelsea and Manchester United in for the ex-Liverpool star.
