Trincao had earlier gone close with a thrilling run and shot that left defenders trailing in his wake.
The 20-year-old continued to threaten down the right flank for Braga throughout the game and played all 90 minutes of the win.
Goals from Ricardo Horta, Abel Ruiz (remember him?) and Paulinho sealed the three points for Braga who are fourth in the table with four games left to play.
