Arturo Vidal and Luis Suarez have both been omitted from Ronald Koeman’s Barcelona squad for Saturday’s pre-season friendly against Nastic.

The duo have been heavily linked with moves away from the club this summer, with both being tipped to complete transfers to Serie A shortly.

Koeman has named a 25-man squad for today’s clash, his first in charge of the Catalans, and has already said he plans to use a different team in each half.

Here’s a look at the squad:

New signings Francisco Trincao and Pedri are included as well as exciting youngsters such as Konrad de la Fuente and Ilaix Moriba.

There’s no Ansu Fati, Marc-Andre ter Stegen or Samuel Umtiti due to injury of course, but Lionel Messi is on the list despite only starting his pre-season training on Monday.

Other notable absentees are Rafinha, Moussa Wague and Matheus Fernandes.

Ousmane Dembele is also available and in line to make his first Barcelona appearance of 2020. His last outing came all the way back in November 2019 in the Champions League.
