Ronald Koeman has named his 23-man squad for Barcelona’s Joan Gamper Trophy game against Elche at the Camp Nou later today.

The headline news is that there’s no Riqui Puig, who’s reportedly been told his time is up at Barca, while Ansu Fati is back from injury and included.

New arrival Miralem Pjanic is also in the squad and is expected to make his Barcelona debut, while there’s no room once again for Luis Suarez or Arturo Vidal.

Youngsters Pedri, Ronald Araujo and Konrad de la Fuente have also been called up and will be hoping to impress once again in what is Barca’s last pre-season friendly.

Koeman will then have just one week to prepare his side for their La Liga opener next weekend against Villarreal at the Camp Nou.
