‘I’m obsessed with possession’ - Xavi talks tactics, coaching style [WATCH]

Xavi has been discussing his coaching style and tactics that he uses at Qatari side Al Sadd in a new video by the Coaches’ Voice which makes for a very interesting watch.

The Barcelona legend is in his first coaching role and has already picked up a host of trophies and guided his team to the league title last season without losing a single match.

Xavi is regularly linked with a return to Barcelona and has already made it clear on several occasions that he would love to be in the Camp Nou hotseat one day.

There seems no doubt that Xavi will one day manage Barcelona, the only question seems to be when the former midfielder will decide it’s the right time to head home.

President Joan Laporta reportedly isn’t sure if Xavi has enough experience for the role just yet but the president may have a change of heart if result don’t improve under Ronald Koeman.
