The team trained on Saturday morning for the first of three huge games in the same week, the one on Sunday at 9.00pm CEST against Valencia. The Tito Vilanova field at the Ciutat Esportiva was the venue, and Ronald Koeman had the services of all the uninjured players plus Nico, Gavi and Balde of Barça B.

Paul Pogba’s contract with Manchester United is set to expire this coming summer, meaning the French midfielder is free to negotiate with whomever he chooses from January first. United have offered him a favourable deal, but Pogba is thought to be considering his options and considering a move to Real Madrid, Paris Saint-Germain, Juventus and Barcelona.

Dani Alves has offered to return to Barcelona according to a report in Mundo Deportivo. The 38-year-old is a free agent following the termination of his contract with Sao Paulo. Alves is back in Barcelona at the moment, and has called the men in charge at Camp Nou to offer his services.
