Barcelona youngster and everyone’s hope for the future of the club, Ansu Fati, has suffered a setback in his injury recovery. The Spaniard has been working his way back from a knee injury, which is scary enough.

Fati was aiming to be back by the end of January, but that obviously didn’t happen. The more recent goal was just to see him in time for at least the second leg of the PSG tie.

Now, it looks like we won’t be seeing Fati back until at least April.

Let’s just be honest here, this sucks. Fati is genuinely one of the most exciting things at Barcelona in years, not to mention his contributions to the Spanish national team.

The hope here is that Fati just takes the time he needs to be healthy. He’s a joy to watch and nothing is more unfortunate than injury taking away from watching youth explode on the pitch.
