Barcelona have a couple of days off after their Champions League tie which means the papers are full of transfer rumors ahead of the summer window.

Mundo Deportivo’s headline on Friday is ‘Targets’ with five players pictured underneath: Sergio Aguero, Erling Haaland, David Alaba, Eric Garcia and Memphis Depay.

The report states that the club have plenty of options on the table as they seek to strengthen in the summer. Haaland remains the dream but will be difficult to pull off because of his price tag and Barca’s dismal financial situation.

Yet there is hope he could arrive if Barca can offload some players. Joan Laporta has a good relationship with his agent Mino Raiola, but there is also interest from clubs such as Manchester City, Real Madrid and Chelsea.

Barca may therefore be shopping around for bargains this summer and could add a few free agents to the squad. Eric Garcia looks to be pretty much a done deal already, while his City team-mate Aguero has been offered and would love to play with Lionel Messi.

David Alaba is another freebie and is waiting to hear from Barca. The 28-year-old’s salary might be an issue but he does offer experience and versatility. And then there’s Memphis who is also out of contract and seems to be a firm favorite of Koeman’s.
