Fans will hopefully be in attendance for both Copa del Rey finals in April. The reported number of fans is around 20 to 25 percent of capacity. Meaning we’ll be seeing about 18,000 of 60,000 fans in the stadium.

The matches will take place at Cartuja stadium in Seville. The first final, the 2019/20 edition, will feature on April 3rd between Athletic Bilbao and Real Sociedad. Then two weeks later on April 17th, Barca will take on Bilbao in this year’s edition.

In the report from El Larguero, it seems that the tickets will be sold only in “the southern region of Andalusia” where the actual matches are being played.

The goal of this is to stop fans from Basque Country and Catalonia from traveling to the match and therefore breaking Spanish travel laws.
