FULL-TIME, Osasuna 0-2 Barcelona: Barça never needed to get out of second gear and scored the only two chances they created to comfortably beat a poor Osasuna team. Well done, boys!

GOAL!!!! Osasuna 0-2 Barcelona (Moriba 83’): IT’S TWO FOR BARÇA!!! Lionel Messi sets up another one, this time finding Ilaix Moriba who cuts into his left foot and fires a BEAUTY into the top corner for his first Barça goal!!!

SECOND HALF KICKOFF! Osasuna 0-1 Barcelona: And we’re back underway at El Sadar! Come on, boys!

HALFTIME, Osasuna 0-1 Barcelona: Barça dominated the first half but created very little, and Jordi Alba’s goal was the one true moment of quality in what’s been a boring game so far.

GOAL!!! Osasuna 0-1 Barcelona (Alba 30’): BARÇA TAKE THE LEAD!!! Sensational switch of play from Messi to pick up Jordi Alba’s overlap on the left wing, and Alba fires a rocket into the roof of the net. What a GOLAZO!!!

20min: Huge break for Osasuna! Goalkeeper Herrera was given a red card for handling the ball outside the box trying to stop Lionel Messi from scoring, but Messi was offside in the buildup and the play doesn’t count. Had Leo been onside, the home team would be down to 10 men.

Matchday Thread Rules

We don’t have a lot of rules here, but there are a few things to keep in mind when joining our matchday threads:

Even if the referee sucks or we lose the game, watch the swearing. It’s just unnecessary. Also, don’t discuss illegal streaming links. Those who do it will be warned, and those who post links will be instantly banned. Finally, be nice to each other. This is a Barcelona community and we don’t need to offend one another.

Have fun with the game! Forever and ever, no matter the competition, VISCA EL BARÇA!
