FULL-TIME, Villarreal 1-2 Barcelona: The second half was tough even with Villarreal down to 10 men, and Barça had to survive a couple of scares. But the job is done. Six games to go, six wins away from the title.

65min: RED CARD! Manu Trigueros is sent off after a terrible, studs-up tackle on Lionel Messi’s ankle and Villarreal are down to 10 men. Messi is alright, but it could have been really bad.

SECOND HALF KICKOFF! Villarreal 1-2 Barcelona: And we’re back underway! Come on boys, let’s finish the job!

HALFTIME, Villarreal 1-2 Barcelona: Very entertaining first half at El Madrigal, with Barça dominating the first 20 minutes, conceding a goal, then turning the score around in just 10 minutes. Great stuff from Barça so far.

GOAL!!!! Villarreal 1-2 Barcelona (Griezmann 35’): BARÇA TURN IT AROUND!!! It’s Griezmann again as the Frenchman is in the perfect spot to take advantage of an awful back pass by Juan Foyth and find the back of the net!

GOAL!!!! Villarreal 1-1 Barcelona (Griezmann 28’): BARÇA EQUALIZE IMMEDIATELY!!! Exceptional pass from Óscar Mingueza over the top to find Antoine Griezmann and the Frenchman lobs Asenjo for a huge goal!

GOAL, Villarreal 1-0 Barcelona (Chukwueze 26’): Villarreal take the lead completely against the run of play as Samuel Chukwueze receives a pass from Pau Torres, leaves Jordi Alba for dead, rounds Ter Stegen and scores a beautiful goal.

KICKOFF! Villarreal 0-0 Barcelona: And we’re underway at El Madrigal! Come on, boys!
