Lionel Messi has reportedly had the whole Barcelona squad over to his house on Monday for a meal ahead of the final four La Liga games of the season.

According to multiple reports in Spain, the squad and their partners enjoyed a barbecue together at the Argentine’s house after training.

The players all got together to enjoy some time together in the garden and were able to celebrate Sunday’s comeback win over Valencia and look ahead to Saturday’s crunch match against Atletico.

Barca’s title hopes took a hit on Thursday with defeat to Granada but they remain in contention after a 3-2 win at Mestalla that leaves them two points behind Atletico ahead of a big weekend in La Liga.

Ronald Koeman’s side can go above Atletico on Saturday with a win over the Rojiblancos at the Camp Nou, while Real Madrid host Sevilla in another huge fixture on Sunday.

It’s been a tense and exciting end to the season and there still looks to be plenty more drama to come. Barca will surely need to win all four games if they are to have any chance of winning the title, but they’ll also need Real Madrid to slip up too.
