New pictures of Barcelona’s kits for next season have emerged which show a home shirt featuring narrow stripes using three different colors and a gold away kit.

The leak this time comes from Diario Sport who describe it as the ‘first shirt of the Joan Laporta era’ as it’s the first kit the president has approved since his return.

The design “is said to be inspired by the Olympic Games held in Barcelona in 1992” and features vertical stripes along with an “innovative blue upper part” at the top and dark blue shorts.

Here’s how it looks so far:

Footy Headlines also have a similar pic of the new shirt.

There’s not too much detail on the away kit as yet. As we’ve already heard recently, it seems that Barca will be using a gold/beige color on their travels in 2022-23. It’s a color that has been used before back in 2001-02 and 2003-04.

It’s also likely that Barca could have a new shirt sponsor for next season. It has been reported recently that Rakuten plans to end its deal with the Catalan giants at the end of the current campaign.
