Joao Felix has been criticised for his attitude in the wake of Barcelona’s narrow Copa del Rey win over Barbastro.

The loanee failed to impress in the game against fourth-tier opposition and manged to win just one duel during his time on the pitch.

Former Barcelona defender Abelardo has gone in hard on Felix and made it pretty clear he’s not been impressed with the Portugal international’s attitude.

“The worst thing is not the mistakes João Félix makes, but the attitude he shows after the mistake. He is static... That bad image he gives,” he told Movistar.

“You lose the ball, so go and get it, fight for it. He doesn’t do that.”

Felix had been dropped from the starting XI by Xavi after being taken off at half-time against Almeria. He was back in from the start against Barbastro but may find himself among the subs once again next time out.
