Luis Enrique has defended the tactics he employed against Juventus in midweek but says he takes responsibility for the 3-0 loss that leaves the club on the brink of Champions League elimination.
Barcelona will need another miracle on Wednesday night if they are to progress to the last four of the competition after being well beaten in Turin.
"Defeat against Juventus? It is clear that I am the person most responsible," he told a press conference ahead of Saturday’s clash with Real Sociedad.
"It's my mistake. I get angry when objectives are not achieved. The maximum responsibility for each defeat always lies with the coach.
"I've never had doubts about the system, about how we hurt the opposition. I wasn't wrong in terms of my decisions."
However, Enrique also admits he understands supporters’ current disappointment but has told fans not to take their frustrations out on the players.
"My advice is that they whistle at the end of the season. If they want to whistle at me, which they do, I don't lose the ball," he added.
"I know it'll be a delicate moment for the players. I want them to encourage all the players.
"It's not my worst moment. They've been intense years - it's been no different when it's been better. I'm used to everything."
Barcelona will hope to return to winning ways against Sociedad on Saturday but their coach is expecting a very tough game.
"Real Sociedad are one of the toughest opponents we could face," he explained. "The team is capable.
"We want to have a chance of winning the league, and that begins with a win against Real Sociedad.
“We will not give up. We have to be rebellious to turn everything around and fight for everything until the end."
