Barcelona confirm Malcom sprained ankle against Cultural Leonesa

Barcelona have confirmed that Malcom suffered a sprained ankle against Cultural Leonesa on Wednesday night.

The Brazilian was forced off late on and appeared to be in tears as he departed the pitch at the Camp Nou.

Barcelona offered an update after the match, but it’s not known yet how long he’ll be out for.

It was another good night for Malcom, as he scored his second goal of the season with a header just before half-time.

Let’s hope the injury is not too serious and he’s back in action soon.
