Barcelona have been drawn away to third division UD Ibiza in Tuesday’s third-round Copa del Rey draw.
The Spanish champions have missed the first two rounds of the competition due to their (brief) involvement in the Spanish Super Cup but are back in the mix along with Atletico Madrid, Valencia and Real Madrid.
Like the Super Cup the Copa del Rey also has a new format and means all fixtures will be played in a single-match format until the competition reaches the semi-final stage.

Barcelona’s tie is due to be played on Wednesday 22 and will surely see new boss Quique Setien hand his squad players and youngsters some valuable game time.
The game falls between his first match in charge on Sunday against Granada in La Liga and a trip to Valencia on January 25.
