Ousmane Dembele gives Barcelona boost ahead of El Clasico

Ousmane Dembele has moved another step closer to a return to Barcelona after completing a full first-team training session.

According to Marca, the Frenchman took part in the whole session for the first time since he was forced to have surgery on the hamstring injury picked up in September.

Rafinha, Andres Iniesta and Javier Mascherano were also involved although the Brazilian is still not expected to be back for some time.

It still seems unlikely that Dembele will feature in El Clasico on December 23rd, but there’s certainly hope he might be fit enough to play a small part.
