The Frenchman had put in a brilliant display against Mauricio Pellegrino’s side and opened the scoring in the first half.
However, he hobbled off with what looked like an ankle problem on 69 minutes, with Malcom coming on as as substitute.
Ernesto Valverde will be praying Dembele’s injury is not too serious. The youngster’s been in superb form this season with 13 goals already.
Barcelona are also in the midst of a hectic run of fixtures. They play Sevilla in the Copa del Rey quarter-finals this week and next and head to Girona on Sunday.
