Sevilla boss Julen Lopetegui has warned Barcelona they will be pushed to the limit on Friday when the two teams meet in La Liga.
The Catalan giants face a tricky test against Sevilla, who are currently third in the table, and Lopetegui says his men will give all they’ve got against Quique Setien’s side.
“There’s a huge demand that obliges you to play well and go to the limit because they have that plus [Messi], but we’ll go out with the good intentions of playing well and getting three points,” he said.
“From here, we’ll see how it turns out, but we’re keen, we have ambition and we’ll try to show our best side.
“Barcelona are a great team and they also have Messi, that’s all there is to it. We will try to be a recognisable side, we are in many things but we have to go to the limit, not just in stopping Messi.”

Sevilla are unbeaten in their two games since La Liga restarted. They kicked off proceedings with a 2-0 win over local rivals Real Betis and followed that up with a draw against Levante.
