Barcelona head to Balaidos on Saturday to take on Celta Vigo in what looks like being interim coach Sergi Barjuan’s final game in charge.
The Catalans giants are badly in need of three points but do head into the match after a morale-boosting Champions League victory over Dynamo Kiev.
Barca have been pretty poor away from home this season and have been hit with more injury ahead of the game with both Sergino Dest and Ousmane Dembele ruled out.
Let’s look at how they might line up.
There’s no Gerard Pique or Dest for this one, but Ronald Araujo did make his comeback from injury last time out against Dynamo Kiev.
Araujo played 11 minutes in Kiev but it’s not clear if he’s ready to start or if Barca might be wiser waiting until after the international break.
Eric Garcia and Clement Lenglet could therefore continue at the heart of the defense after helping the Catalans keep a rare clean sheet last time out.
Oscar Mingueza and Jordi Alba are expected to feature at full-back.
Barjuan could continue with the same midfield three against Celta with Sergio Busquets and Nico Gonzalez featuring alongside Frenkie de Jong.
Nico is fast cementing his place in the starting XI after some fine performances, while De Jong is just back from injury and had a quiet game in midweek.
Riqui Puig will be hoping for more minutes after featuring off the bench against Alaves last time out in La Liga.
Gavi may be needed further forward with Dest and Dembele out. The 17-year-old played on the right of the attack in midweek and could continue in that position.
Ansu Fati was the match-winner in the Champions League and looks set to start again on Saturday with Memphis Depay completing the line-up.
Possible XI: Ter Stegen; Mingueza, Eric, Lenglet, Alba; De Jong, Busquets, Nico; Gavi, Memphis, Ansu.
