Luis Enrique is refusing to rule out Barcelona pulling off another miraculous comeback in the Champions League as they turn their attention to the visit of Juventus on Wednesday.
Barca stuttered to a 3-2 win over Real Sociedad on Saturday but will need a vastly improved display, particularly defensively, if they are to overturn a 3-0 first leg deficit to Juve.
Speaking after Saturday’s win Enrique admitted he team could not afford any mistakes against Massimiliano Allegri’s men if they are to progress to the last four.
“I am sure that at some point during the game we will be close to the comeback," he said.
"We will risk so much that I wouldn't even rule out playing with eight forwards... we haven't got anything to lose.
"We have to be at our very best, flawless, but we will fight to end and this win [against La Real] is a good place to begin preparations for the game against Juve."
The coach also praised his team for their display against Real Sociedad as they bounced back from two straight defeats to keep Real Madrid within their sights.
"The team showed a great attitude in what was a difficult game in terms of confidence, coming into it with the weight of the previous two results on our minds," he added.
"You didn't have to be Einstein to know that we were going to suffer at times, but we were able to deal with the frustration of conceding two goals and manage the game well."
